Backcountry Gear List:

• Transceiver
• Probe
• Shovel
• Lunch (in field) and warm drinks
• Warm clothes as we will be in the field all day
• Comfortable day pack to carry your gear

You will be responsible for being mobile. We will going into the back country so this means that we will be skiing down at the end of the day. There will be a very short tour to our training site.

So this means: Snow board with snow shoes
Downhill skis with trackers * All with skins
Ski touring gear (with leashes)

* Please keep in mind that you will be in the field all day long so dress warm and carry anything that you might need for the day along with you.
